Good Food Company operates in a region where we are impacted by both the schedules of multiple school districts and the federal government. In general, we follow the federal government’s closure policy*:
-If the federal government is closed, we are closed.
-If the government is open with a two-hour delay, we are open, and meals will be delivered on the regular schedule.
-If your school district is closed due to a pre-scheduled student holiday, AND weather-related closures are occurring, news media will NOT announce your district as closed. We recommend that each center have an alternate meal plan on these occasions.
*On rare occasions, when it comes to the best interest and safety of our customers, kitchen staff, and drivers, we may alter this policy. In such incidents, we make every effort to contact all customers to give them as much notice as possible.
Our contract states that we must be notified by 7:00 a.m. if you intend to cancel orders for that day.
