Good Food was started in 1979 by a teacher. That teacher hired our mom, Pat, who then bought the company in 1986. She wanted to feed the daycare kids like her own, with healthy, homemade food. All four of her kids and their significant others have taken on roles within the company, and they are still involved today. Now, all of us “kids” have kids of our own, and some of them are learning the ropes. That’s three generations of dedication to Good Food. Through the decades, we’ve watched our mom’s small catering company grow into something much bigger, but always with the same goal of healthy, made-from-scratch food.
