When you call us, a member of our family answers the phone and will attempt to meet your needs promptly and correctly. Your route representative has been instructed to do what it takes to keep you happy. Our philosophy is simple - if we don't take care of our customers, someone else will!
Our Delivery System
Our tight schedule helps guarantee a reliable delivery for you. We are centrally located in Arlington, VA and this makes it possible for us to be at almost every one of our customers within 30 minutes. All of our drivers are supplied with cell phones to keep in constant contact with the office.
Food Allergies
For children with allergies, we offer a comprehensive list of foods that should be avoided - ask your school for a copy. If your child's allergy is not shown on our list, we will be happy to research our menu and share what we find. We do not process any peanut products in our facility. We do store and distribute one commercially prepared peanut butter product that is individually wrapped outside of our facilty. Because we live in an imperfect world, parents of children with life threatening allergies are encouraged not to participate in our food program and should consider sending food from home.
